Privacy Policy

This policy explains how PIXED Studios (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use WorkMind, our AI business-creation app and the pages at pixedstudios.org/workmind.

Who we are

WorkMind is a product of PIXED Studios. Questions about this policy: hello@pixedstudios.org or our contact page.

Information we collect

• Account. Email, name, and a password hash (for email sign-up). If you continue with Google or Apple, we receive the identifier, email, name, and profile image those providers share with us.
• Profile & onboarding. Details you enter such as location, occupation, industry, business stage, goals, and budget, so the AI can tailor advice.
• Work you create. Chat messages, business plans, products, ideas, analyses, and generated images stored on your account.
• Usage & billing. Feature usage for plan limits, and payment records processed by Google Play Billing on Android. (we do not store full card numbers).
• Device. Basic technical data needed to run the app (for example, that a request is authenticated).

How we use it

We use this information to:

• create and secure your account, including Google and Apple sign-in;
• run WorkMind features (chat, plans, studio, subscriptions);
• send password-reset codes and essential service email;
• improve the product and prevent abuse;
• meet legal obligations.

AI processing

Prompts and relevant profile context are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) so WorkMind can generate replies, plans, and images. Do not put secrets, bank PINs, or other people’s private data into chat.

Google sign-in

If you tap Continue with Google, Google authenticates you. We receive a signed token and, with your consent, your Google email, name, and profile photo. We use that only to sign you in and create or link a WorkMind account. We do not sell this data. You can disconnect Google access in your Google Account permissions.

Sharing

We share data only with processors who help us run the service, including:

• hosting and database (Vercel, Neon);
• AI generation (OpenAI);
• email delivery (Resend);
• payments (Google Play);
• sign-in providers (Google, Apple) when you choose those buttons.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep account and work data while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@pixedstudios.org. Backups may linger for a short period, then are removed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, or object to certain processing. Email us and we will respond.

Children

WorkMind is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
