Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WorkMind, an AI business-creation product of PIXED Studios. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. The public product page is pixedstudios.org/workmind.

The service

WorkMind helps you explore business ideas, chat with an AI strategist, generate plans and product concepts, and subscribe to paid plans. Features depend on your subscription. AI output is assistive — it is not professional legal, financial, or investment advice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may sign in with email, Google, or Apple. If you use Google or Apple, their terms also apply to that sign-in.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the AI to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
• attempt to access other users’ accounts or our systems;
• resell or scrape the service in a way that harms WorkMind or other users;
• upload content you do not have the right to use.

Subscriptions and payments

Chat is unlimited on every plan. Paid plans change idea strength and generating limits. Android subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Fees are shown in the Play purchase sheet before you pay. Google’s refund and cancellation rules apply. You can cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; access continues until the period ends.

Your content

You keep rights to the ideas and text you enter. You grant us a licence to host that content and to send it to our AI and infrastructure providers solely to operate WorkMind for you. Generated plans and images are licensed to you for your business use, subject to the AI provider’s usage rules.

Intellectual property

WorkMind, the WorkMind name and logo, and the app itself are owned by PIXED Studios. These terms do not transfer that ownership.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Market research and plans can be wrong. You remain responsible for decisions you make.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PIXED Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or data, arising from WorkMind. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for WorkMind in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you are on the free plan).

Termination

You may stop using WorkMind at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or create risk. After closure, we delete or anonymise personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you continue using WorkMind after an update, the new terms apply.
